  • we are a specialised duo. george leads all creative production and brand execution, while shauna manages client communications and account strategy. by working directly with the owners, everyone is aligned on goals and vision, without the need for back and forth.

  • we aim to empower business owners who have built a foundation through their own talent and hard work, by utilising digital strategy to ensure it is reflected accurately and gets seen by the right audience.

  • you do. transparency is a core value; access to open files (including social posts, logos and templates) can be granted upon request. we primarily use adobe illustrator, photoshop, and canva, ensuring your assets are built to professional, editable standards.

  • our software for design, scheduling, and analytics is integrated into our fees. you only cover your own platform subscriptions (e.g. shopify/squarespace) and direct ad spend. if a specific goal requires a tool we don’t currently carry, we will provide a recommendation and explain the benefits.

grow your socials

  • social media management requires a one-month initial commitment. this period is essential to establish a data baseline and give us enough time to polish your feed and start seeing results. following the first month, the service operates on a rolling monthly basis. to see optimal results, a 3-month period is recommended.

  • at the start of each month, you can brief us on any upcoming events, offers or holidays (e.g. eid or christmas) you’d like to post about the following month. if no specific brief is provided, our team will execute an inclusive, brand-led strategy for you. for any changes, we offer one formal round of amends per month. we require amend feedback within 72 hours to ensure our team have enough time to turnaround content ahead of the start of the month.

  • we don’t just post and ghost. each month of our grow your socials package includes 10 hours of active community building, such as following relevant brands, commenting on topical posts, and responding to your messages - ensuring your brand feels human and responsive.

  • generally, no. we will take your raw photography and transform it into high-impact graphics and premium posts. professional photographers are only necessary for high-level photoshoots; for daily content, we guide you on how to capture the right images for us to work with.

  • you will receive a comprehensive monthly performance report (focusing on reach and engagement) and a dedicated strategy call to review results and plan for continued growth. you will also receive a content calendar at the beginning of each month so you know what to expect. you are welcome to contact us with any questions you may have.

  • for each additional social media platform you add, you'll receive the complete grow your socials package (including content, scheduling and engagement) per platform.

build your brand

  • we will present three custom brand concepts based on our initial research and discussions. you can choose the visual fit that resonates most and then we will build out the full colour palette, typography, and tone of voice guide around your preferred visuals.

  • the build your brand package includes two specific stages for feedback: first, when we present the initial concepts, and a second round of final amends to tie up the executed version perfectly.

  • you will receive a comprehensive brand guidelines pdf and editable logo source files. this ensures you can maintain consistency across all future communications, even after our project is complete.

refine your strategy

  • you will receive a bespoke digital roadmap focusing on meta and linkedin optimisation. this includes a swot analysis, competitor evaluation, and target audience identification, delivered as a comprehensive pdf document you can continue to refer to after project completion.

  • your strategy pdf includes an action plan divided into immediate steps you can take today and long-term strategies for sustainable success. we walk you through these during our final strategy handover call.
