discovery
drop us an email or book a 30-minute discovery call via google meets. we'll discuss your needs and ensure we're a good fit. following the call, we'll send over a tailored proposal and contract for you to review and sign, alongside your first invoice.
onboarding
we'll secure access to the social media platforms we'll be managing and share a secure link for you to upload your brand assets, including logos, fonts, brand guidelines, and any existing media library.
strategy
with the tools in place, we build your platform content strategy. this includes content pillars, competitor analysis, tone of voice guide, visual mood board, and hashtag strategy. you'll receive one round of amends at this stage. we'll also ask for a list of key events from your yearly calendar, including religious days or business-specific dates, to inform your content calendar.
creative
once the content calendar is approved, we draft the month's creatives. everything is uploaded to a shared google drive for review. you'll receive one round of amends at this stage.
management
the 30-day management period begins the moment the first post goes live. you will be billed for your second month 25 days later. payment triggers the creation of the following month's content, with a five-day buffer built in to ensure everything is ready before your next 30-day period begins.
reporting
your first report is delivered 25 days after your first post goes live, with reports every 30 days from month 2 onwards.

social media management requires a one-month initial commitment. this period is essential to establish a data baseline and give us enough time to polish your feed and start seeing results. following the first month, the service operates on a rolling monthly basis. to see optimal results, a 3-month period is recommended.

at the start of each month, you can brief us on any upcoming events, offers or holidays (e.g. eid or christmas) you’d like to post about the following month. if no specific brief is provided, our team will execute an inclusive, brand-led strategy for you. for any changes, we offer one formal round of amends per month. we require amend feedback within 72 hours to ensure our team have enough time to turnaround content ahead of the start of the month.

we don’t just post and ghost. each month of our grow your socials package includes 10 hours of active community building, such as following relevant brands, commenting on topical posts, and responding to your messages - ensuring your brand feels human and responsive.

generally, no. we will take your raw photography and transform it into high-impact graphics and premium posts. professional photographers are only necessary for high-level photoshoots; for daily content, we guide you on how to capture the right images for us to work with.
